He freezes the opposition when he takes off like this. They have to respect him & its a perfect pass to Brock.
And then the 3rd Boeser goal Quinn showed his defense. Great read to deny a grade A chance earlier in the shift, then fanning on a clear but sticking with it to win the battle against 1-2 Lightning players & get it to Brock for an easy shot at the EN.

And the Canucks with only 11 out of a possible 12 points in the past 6 games. Hopefully the slump ends soon.

There's a pretty big difference in being the better dman and currently performing better. We all know McDavid is the best player in the world. Doesn't mean he's performing better than MacKinnon so far this year. Same goes with Makar and Hughes.

He is playing better than Makar right now. Thats a fact and this season they have been neck and neck. There is no imagining it, maybe you should watch the games this season not the 2021 highlights
