Still shocked that they actually won that game - despite playing quite well 95% of the time. Two questions come to mind:

1) Is someone actually blaming Lundqvist for that OT goal? I admit he didn't look very sharp during the game but that was a sick snipe that even hit his shoulder a bit but still went top corner.

2) What on Earth were the Swedes thinking? Their top guns showed flashes and scored when given the opportunity, but as a whole, I haven't seen this disinterested Sweden in an elimination game vs Finland EVER.

What do Swedish fans think of the reffing in this game? It looked like everything is allowed.

It was surprising that the game didn't get physical at all. Didn't see practically any good hits there.

Come on man...

Finland didn’t win because of great players, but because of an amazing TEAM effort and superior coaching.
Sure, but a team with CLEARLY weaker players can’t dominate most of the game in the fashion Finland did, by just having better coaching and system. They could maybe even win with a great effort and system, but it would be a clear turtling win. This had nothing to do with that kind of anti-hockey.

I never claimed that the NHL isn’t though the best league after all. Just that the skill level difference isn’t as great as some completely blind and even arrogant NHL fans want to desperately believe. Just keep on living in dreamland, if you seriously believe that the top European League are MASSIVELY behind the NHL. It clearly isn’t so and we see it constantly in international hockey. Sorry, but that’s how it simply is.

This was the worst game we even seen.

As hard it is to admit for me Finland absolutely deserved this.

Loui should consider another career, if not for Sweden resign for Vancouver.

Disrespectful, he wasn't great this tournament, if he got too much ice time, blame it on the coach. Don't forget the numerous times he have came to our aid earlier when nooneelse did. He was a huge reason for us winning 2013 for example.

As a Swede I was actually rooting for Finland starting midway through the third period. These guys did not deserve to go any further in this tournament. I retract my statements about them folding against Russia. They have just been a terrible team throughout the whole thing. Disgraceful.

I expected even worse when I saw the ref Gofman refereeing Finland's game, but all is forgiven since the game ended this way.

Very nice result here in the game between our Finnish Lions and Swedish Hurries! Actually I placed a bet for our Finnish Lions to win in the regulatory time, so I lost some money. But I am not bad, I am in good mood, because now our Finnish Lions are playing in the seming finals, maybe play for gold, maybe play for bronze? Certainly better than being pushed out of the tournament!

What a sensation miracles really happens sometimes even in ice hockey.
Once again i was wrong but i'll take it.

I'm not never seen that passive and phlegmatic Sweden in 3rd period.
I don't say Sweden deserved this lose but with all that NHL talent they should have play much better.
Thank You TEAM FINLAND 5-4.
