Still I think Russia would have won easily over this years version of Sweden ....

Sh*t your mouth. You are a pig thinking Grönborg was showing respect towards the reporters from SVT. Make no mistake about it.
Sweden has the best defenders and Grönborg still couldn't manage to build a decent team against a weak Finnish roster. Imagine if Jalonen and Grönborg would have changed places? I promise you that Finland would never stand a chance against that roster with the Finnish staff and you know this.

I hate Grönborg as much as the next guy but he was not disrespectful towards any reporter. It was the other way around.

They have played like this most of the tournament. Just been saved by a historic (from a national perspective) tournament by Nylander and individual brilliance from Pettersson and a few others. I said before the game that if Finland can keep those two away from the puck as much as possible, they were going to win this. And that's pretty much exactly what happened.

Sweden struggled against all teams not named Italy or Denmark. Never once did they play a whole game without a terrible period mixed in with a good one. Nylander took us to the QFs but he and EP cant do it all alone.

Congratulations Finland , hate u but you deserved this win. Great game by you. Now i will stay away from hockey a year, maby just check the NHL standings once a month cause this hurted like hell. Finland grab that gold and become national heros!

I cheered for Sweden, but seeing how they played and the Grönborg never admitted his mistake. Sweden deserves to lose this one.

Finland deserves to WIN this one, hand down.

Now go get the GOLD and I want to see the celebration again like in 2011.

The thing that amazes me most is Finland won the shots 32-18, even though Sweden had 2 powerplays against our 0. Finland was clearly the better team on ice. I feel sry for Sweden they have such a shitty coach. He played the worst line most it seemed and had no clue what to do
