They's be aaaaight sire. We now have kurtis gabriel (mikayla demaiter's) man who has the best and hardest confidence in ice hockey world, cause he has the most bombest ice hockey lady in the game. Others don't have dat sire. So they is jelious. Gabriel will thug that thang up and kill all of the others ( like that lost series others).
SDA has only been in the 1 preseason so far. All anyone has really said about him is that he's very lackluster playing junior/ against prospects. He had a very good season last year playing in the KHL. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he will be impressive again once main camp starts, and continue to be lackluster while he plays for the Marlies this year. He will eventually be traded, another team will give him some games in the NHL and he will take off and the trade will end up being a bad one.SDA looked legit in that first pre-season. He is not going to be an NHLer. Shame.

Marner doesn't have a junior level shot either. His shot is not at a pro level, and is barely at a junior level. The rest of his game has some promise to it, but he is not coming anywhere close to the NHL with his shot right now.
Douglas has come a long wayRobertson obviously looks a cut above the rest. I liked Gogolev and SDA. I was expecting more from Abramov and Villeneuve, though they weren't bad. Voit had a rough go.
I think Douglas and Pare will fit in fighting for 4th line minutes on the Marlies. With a really good first impression for Douglas.

I like to shit on marner, but he was sniping goalies left, right and center in 2015 and 2016 in the OHL. Had 83 goals in 120 gamesMarner doesn't have a junior level shot either.
The majority of marners goals in junior came from him deking the goalie and defenders out in tight and putting the puck into a wide open net.I like to shit on marner, but he was sniping goalies left, right and center in 2015 and 2016 in the OHL. Had 83 goals in 120 games
Marner snipes in the regular season occasionally for the leafs. His shot while weak, is still able to beat NHL goalies when in the slot zone. Far out on the perimeter, he stinks, but with his elite IQ/hands package he does find chances in the zone that get put into the net at a good rate for an elite playmaker.
If only he could score in the playoffs as well.
You can look up the highlights yourself, he has several goals where he sniped a goalie. Also has multiple goals scored at the NHL level from the slot area using his shot. The majority of marners goals in junior came from him deking the goalie and defenders out in tight and putting the puck into a wide open net.
Yes when you take enough shots, statistically you will score on some of them. In other news water is wet. More at 7.You can look up the highlights yourself, he has several goals where he sniped a goalie. Also has multiple goals scored at the NHL level from the slot area using his shot.
He isn't the best shooter, but his shot is tiers above Junior players
Sounds again like Robertson will make a real push for those first two lines against ritchie and bunting (our new thugs). They hard, but Nick got game like spike lee do.1. Nick looks great. Fast, strong, skilled causing Havoc in all 3 zones and cresting chances all over.
2. Gogolev the 2nd most impressive leaf. Needs some work on his skating but it's not bad. He's surprisingly tall and lanky and has legit hands and attacks with creativity.
3. Other forwards pretty meh. Steeves got injured but wasn't doing much. Abramov only a few flashes. SDA bleh. 3rd best forward was probably actually the behemoth Douglas who can actually move out there or maybe mckenna but that's not saying much.
4. Duszak obviously best D but still small. Villeneuve some nice poise and smarts with the puck and good size but skating is an issue.
5. Scott surprisingly solid. All the goals against were guys wide open on point blank shots. And he saved a couple of those too.
Agree with basically everything. Meaningless game but:1. Nick looks great. Fast, strong, skilled causing Havoc in all 3 zones and cresting chances all over.

Once CLB started being physical/intimidating they took over and were dictating the game.
Sounds familiar doesn't it. It runs deep with this organization, top to bottom.
