Boys need to take the us against the world approach next game. They know the league is against them and will do everything to screw them over, so we’ll see what this team is made of next game. The bottom line is that reffing aside, Korpisalo has been great for them. How many times has he been bumped into, screened, etc.? I'm not saying to run him, but we are not getting into his grill and making his life miserable. Kane and Hyman in particular need to be doing this as well as Bjugstad and Kostin in the bottom 6.

Hate to say it but goaltending has been yhe difference so far in the series. Skinner has been decent but Korpisalo has been "playoff good". You cant convince me that we're down in the series if the goalies were swapped for each other.

Gambling was tolerated in the past, even percieved as an industry because Casinos created employment, income for workers, it created in person feet and vibrancy in facilities or areas. It created draw, it created holiday destinations and such. Gambling USED to result in on the ground financial impact for cities, communities.

Online gambling does NONE of that. It just makes some people rich and countless people poor. It creates no benefit. It should not be allowed and it should not be on our airways.

I encourage anybody to complain about gambling adds on TV. This online gambling serves no benefit and should be outed.

Oddsmakers still have us as slight favourites to win the series for what it’s worth.

If any team could do it , it'd be these Oilers. Just need some of our forwards to start clicking and to try and stay out of the penalty box. Balanced, conpetent reffing could do wonders for our chances . Kane, Hyman, Nuge have to produce going forward. That's not just seconday scoring, that's primary scoring that's absent. I'll give some credit to the King's goalie but there have been many chances that should have been capitalized on.

Hockey will always be lesser in LA. As much as the NHL tries.

That said at one time Basketball wasn't the big boy on the block either and that changed with the Lakers. The NHL is forever trying to capture that and it was the scheme with Gretz. It happened for a bit, and then fizzled out. Its ironic perhaps that the SC champ LA Kings version were far lesser known in LA probably then the Gretzky/Nichols etc incarnation.
