In an alternate universe, Dubas was hired here after Dorion was let go and inevitably spezza followed him. They go after Karlsson, Andlauer and staios came next and….that would have been something. With alfie joining in some capacity to get all the boys back together.

That is such an old team, their entire top 9 are 30+ yrs old with the exception of Guentzel who is 29.

I am reassured knowing that Dorion is less likely to make any dumb decisions without input from his new boss. A much better check and balance is in place now.

Feel like it should be sooner , this mess isn't representing Andlauer well as "best in class "

No real point in firing him and creating a hole in management. Who would replace him if we fired him midseason?

Makes much more sense to wait it out, let Staios get as much info and gain as much xp and comfort as possible and then fire Dorion into in the sun via a press release and have a big event about his replacement not long after if not immediately after.
