I would be down for anyone at this point. It's clear after 5–6 years that DJ is not a good coach. I know he's had not much to work with and gotten shit goaltending and a lack of scoring at the worst possible times. This team just looks so lost on the defensive end, and the thing I hate the most is when the team gets rattled—non-penalty calls, deflating goals—whatever it is, DJ just doesn't seem capable of calming players down and getting their heads back in the game, which is what a coach is supposed to do. When we need to come out strong, we never do, and maybe it's not DJ's fault; he certainly is not helping. Before we start shipping off core players, I'd like to see them under the guidance of another coach.

Would also be nice to a have name coach for the first in forever

So many cheap/non NHL coaches having come through here recently

I don't think people are being sensitive and he probably is right I mean, everyone knows Dorion is a dead man walking at this point. I am tilted that he tweeted Dorion has been relieved of his duties and then was like, Nahhh, I mean, he's on shaky ground. I think people are just annoyed and not really sensitive.

I've been saying that Dorion will be fired before next season even if we win the cup for months, I could have told you yesterday that if X, Y, and Z happen, he'll be gone before Sweden. It doesn't take any inside info to know that.

He really should have fired DJ and got a new coach in the off-season. I think rolling with DJ again and coming slow out of the gate will be the nail in the coffin for Dorion.
