Yeah, I'm personally a little worried about Demko, especially after McCann's "not wanting to give anything away" comment. Now we just need Demko to say the same.
"SAY IT, DEMKO! SAY IT NOW"

What did McCann say? I missed it
He said he didn't "want to give anything away."

Was he asked about Demo? If that's what he responded with I think that means that he'll most likely sign with us.
Not really worried about Boeser. Seems like a good, stand-up kid and a Twin Cities article from April 12th (yesterday) had him saying this:
http://www.twincities.com/2016/04/12/bob-sansevere-qa-north-dakota-hockey-forward-brock-boeser/
If this was in the Province, I'd take it with a grain of salt, but in a Minnesota pub? No reason for him to fake it at all.

edit: Although lately it seems like Demko's dad is hinting that he's signing with the Canucks. Followed a bunch of Canucks media recently and is doing some cryptic countdown on his twitter. Maybe we'll see him signed by Friday.
Sorry, should have provided more context.

The reporter asked McCann, "Since you're good friends with him, has he talked to you about the signing process?"
McCann laughed it off and said nervously "we don't really talk about hockey, but uh, well I don't want to give anything away".
Tough to know what is going on in the kid's mind, but hard not to wonder if he'd be going back to UND if the Canucks weren't such ass last season. Sigh. Really disappointing.
Benning didn't even give him a contract to sign.
It's not a big deal.
I don't remember saying that it was?
What a beast. I don't want to wait another year to see what he can do in the A
He'll be in the NHL next season
Nope
All ready confirmed going back to college
If things work out in the next 3 months, hopefully we'll see a Matthews - Boeser pairing in 2017.
Any chance Boeser gets selected to the USA IIHF team?
One rarely says they are making a big deal out of something it's usually implied.
But if I did miss interpreted your post I apologize.
I personally think he has a decent chance.
