That's going to take:::::::::

1. Kopitar losing 10+ lbs and working on his core and quickness. He was slowest #1 center in NHL last yr. Must change.
2. Removing Phaneuf and Carter BEFORE September
3. Revamping the PP and not letting Kopitar play on the wall. Only in front of net
4. If Quick is 2018-19 Quick, must not play. If he plays like last season, cannot make playoffs.
5. Must have 3 of: Toffoli, Brown, Iafallo, Prokhorkin, Kovalchuk, Grundstrom, Kempe, or another new player score 20+ goals.
Otherwise, a bottom 5 offense and cannot make playoffs.

So, it's possible. Just not likely.

So, it's possible. Just not likely.

1- Kopitar will be fine... scored 51 points in 61 games to finish the season.. speed is the least of his concerns, it’s having a scorers mindset
2- neither is moving. Phaneuf is owed to much $ as is Carter.. if Carter is tradeable, then that’s means he is back to scoring and helping the team so who knows If he’s moved
3- that why we have a new Coach
4- even though Quick was bad I have confidence in Campbell and to a lesser extent Petersen
5- Toffoli is getting moved, Brown+Prokhorkin+Kovalchuk+Surprise Kempe hit the 20 goal mark... call me out if it doesn’t happen
6- We’re making the playoffs, Quote me in that!
