They’ve got a contending team they just need to tweak it a bit and get a new approach at the plate. Beef up the bullpen this offseason. Not sure if they can let Nola walk. He was disappointing in the regular season, and had one bad game in the playoffs where the offense never gave him a chance anyway. I think his departure would leave too big a whole as I’m not sure who could fill it.

It’s been a great year, just a disappointing ending. Dombrowski is now on the clock

f***ing choke artist pieces of shit. f*** this team. Heartless, gutless effort this series. All that money spent for such little results. They all deserve to be taking massive heat this winter for it.

f*** these happy go lucky times with this team. Nah f*** this shit, this is unacceptable. This result is unacceptable. Either win the World Series next year or make some major moves with personnel or coaching.

New offseason, same as the old offseason. The mindset absolutely can't be to hope their way to and through the postseason. They must address the bullpen. Rhys will come back, forcing Harper back to the OF. Does that render Castellanos useless? Schwarber? I'd rather the former. There's a lot of money there that can be used elsewhere. They cant run this back and say "we just gotta get in"

They are exactly who I thought they were. They won't luck through the braves every year, just like they won't automatically win at home every time, just like Ranger isn't going to throw shutouts every playoff game. They left their margin of error at zero again. It's a losing mindset. Everything can't go exactly right all the time when needed. That's playing hope chess. A terrible way to build a roster.

These guys have so many parts. The core deserves one or 3. But they're not there right now

Lots of bandwagon fans with egg on their face. Stubbs can’t be popular either right now. Arizona beat the Brewers, Dodgers, and now Phillies. They are clearly a good team. Phillies are better but they shot themselves in the foot

I know I joked about them blowing their offensive loads early in the postseason but that's kinda what happened. Everyone was hot. The regression was inevitable. Unfortunately it hit the whole team at once.

They pitched well enough to win the series. They just couldn't string together consistent offense.
