Heinicke gets better results because he at least throws the ball at the right time to the right people. He's not good at throwing. His arm and accuracy aren't better. But he brains far better. He can also scramble; actually can do it, unlike Wentz, who is positive he can but can't. Or maybe Wentz could, if he brained just a little quicker. It's hard to find a QB who processes the play slower. But we've all known this for ages, because that's what he's been for ages.
