Think Howie goes after one of these safeties that end up in the second tier, just hope he picks the right one

Nope, i'm referencing that they value the Brazil game the same as a preseason game so that they don't lose money by having to "give it back" to STH's.
How can they get away with something like that? It's obviously not a preseason game, so how can they credit you preseason price? That's f***ed up

@JojoTheWhale

So, uh, I think they did what I thought they were going to do.

My invoice is $139 less than what my contract says my 2024 tickets would be. That $139? The same as the value of a preseason game in the 2023 season.

Unless I screwed up the math, I am also short the price of a preseason game. I think you nailed this one.

How can they get away with something like that? It's obviously not a preseason game, so how can they credit you preseason price? That's f***ed up

They can do whatever they want because the waiting list is essentially infinite at this point. People have been on for 20 years and are still 40,000th in line. The only reason I have tickets is because my grandfather had them going back to Franklin Field. Sometimes you can get premium seats, but that’s it. The general stadium tickets are locked up for multiple lifetimes.

Well there’s no argument anymore who the best available Safety is.

I don’t think they spend that much on the position.
I ain't pounding sand for spending like $15 mil plus a year on a safety. I just want someone good so I don't have to deal with the revolving door. Also it's so I don't have to look at Reed's giant head. @Striiker

There's so many Safeties on the market at this point, it's nearly impossible Howie doesn't get one at a decent price.

CJGJ is genuinely an option now considering his price keeps getting knocked down further with all of these releases. Mind you, I'm not saying he's my target per say, but he isn't getting that contract he wanted last offseason (that's for sure).

Sign Jordan Poyer and Justin Simmons. Draft Kool Aid and Edge Cooper.

Win Super Bowlz baby

My caveman brain understands Fangio's defense hinges on a flexible edge who can cover and rush and athletic LBs. Obviously more nuanced than that, but is it the most prudent thing to dump 10s of mil on a safety? I'm not saying to ignore it, just maybe spend the big money elsewhere and target DB in the draft?

During the 11-day extreme cold span, nearly 30 patients were treated for frostbite by doctors at the Grossman Burn Center, which is part of HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City's largest healthcare provider. In addition, several others were treated in their outpatient clinic.

"To date, 12 patients have undergone amputation(s) surgeries primarily impacting fingers and toes," Dr. Megan Garcia, the center's medical director, told FOX Weather. "Some of these patients attended the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Miami Dolphins game on Jan. 13."

I have major concerns about paying Bryce Huff what I expect him to get. Maybe he comes in at less than I think. I sure don’t know. But I think someone is going to pay him as if his efficiency will stay similar on more Snaps. It generally does not work that way with situational pass rushers.

He was at 42% last year. That’s about as much as Milton Williams was on the field for the Eagles. Sweat was at 71% for some scope.
