You would think that a company the size of ESPN would have a draft simulator at least on par with the rest of them, rather than far worse. Not necessarily the outcomes or realistic-ness of the simulator, more just the functionality. Doesn't have much listed other than names and positions unless I just wasn't lookin in the right please. I did like how my draft shook out though...

WHAT'S GOING ON, HOWARD

Starting to fantasize about Howie trading for Aaron Donald at this point...

Also is this Budda Baker just openly campaigning to be an Eagles at this point?

Listening to Ray Didinger this morning on 94 WIP...the Draft God for me. Want to share some of his thoughts for you non-listeners.

Notes...
- Ray thinks #10 will have a QB available (Will Levis) and teams like the Bucs will want to swap with the Eagles to jump ahead of the Titans (who want a QB) to select that QB.
- If the Eagles stay at #10 and Pete Skoronski on the board, the Eagles should take him (Ray doesn't think Skoronski will make it to 10).
- Dragged Jalen Carter a bit. Said "Love the player, not sure about the guy" (quoting Mike Mayock). "Not only did he have his legal issue, but he showed up to the most important interview of his life out of shape, huffing & puffing. I can't bet on that. His tape is great and is probably the most talented DL in the draft, but I'm concerned"
- Ray said he'd take Skoronski, or even Bijan, at 10 over Carter considering everything we know.
- Ray doesn't think Eagles should - or will - take Bijan at 10 despite being one of the 5 most talented players in the draft. Compared him to Edgerrin James.

So….are these Budda Baker trade rumors legit. I really, really like this player. No idea what it’d coast to acquire or if it’d be a smart use of resources. He’s just soooo good guys.

Also, Schrager with Bijan to the Eagles lol. Bijan is one of my favorite players from this draft and I still wouldn’t draft him at 10. But at 30? Yeah, that’d be fine with me.

I think the question which might be more salient (not to you, necessarily, but overall), is, if the Eagles get a trade down offer somewhere in the teens or early 20s, do they take Robinson if he is still there?

Gotta say, I will be disappointed if this is the way we go (nothing against Skoronski). The DE talent is good in the upper half, hoping for trade down, and a DE.

Counting on Stoutland magic on an UDFA

Never liked Edgerrin James. The King of the Three-Yard Rush.

Jim Mora and Tom Moore destroyed that man's career. No one could have withstood the beating they inflicted on him. He had ~900 Touches over his first two seasons. 1999 and 2000 Edgerrin James are two of the three heaviest workloads ever given to an NFL RB. Here's their RB usage for those two seasons:

While we're on the topic, the guy with the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th heaviest workload seasons was of course Barry Sanders, who somehow still manages to be underrated despite being a no doubt HOFer. Ever comparing him to Emmitt Smith should be grounds for the pillory.

Do we have access to Sanders success rate, efficiency, and yards after contact metrics? I bet they’re completely bonkers banana town good.
