Im still really enticed by this kid. He's incredibly agile and quick, and has a lot of tenacity to his game. I still have faith he'll become a good player in this league. Just has to simplify his game a bit.It's time for Peyton to work on his game every night in all situations in Rochester. This rotation is not serving him.
So, I agree. Jost is looking the part of a good 4th line center. Hino is the 13th forward. Asplund should never be scratched again. Quinn is cementing himself in the lineup. Krebs works on refining his game in the minors for a couple of months.
Seems like a good plan to me, and Krebs looks to have the attitude to take it in stride.
Im hoping Granato was only revolving those who sit to find the strongest roster going forward, and I think he may have found it BUT- I will say- I wont throw Granato to the wolves if he puts Krebs between Girgs and Okoposo for the foreseeable future. Krebs played his best hockey between them, and they make life A LOT easier for a young center.
