I love that I don't even have the slightest clue what GW2 is. Garden Warfare 2? George Washington's secret son?
For me it's the Yakuza games making these games on a tiny screen off to the side remotely tolerable. Seems like the kind of series I should have been all-in on for years if not for their atrocious choice of original genre. Beat 'em ups should have died in 1989. Getting around to Like A Dragon has been atop my queue for years and I'm finally getting around to it. Way more entertainment value in my first 20 hours there than in the past 3 seasons of Penguins hockey...

Guild Wars 2, but i'd try a demo of Garden Warfare 2.
I saw that new one on steam on pirate ships.Ah, that explains it. I've been a 'gamer' my entire life, but MMORPG stuff exists in a completely separate realm than I do.
Probably the right kind of game to be double-screening during these games. I'd slag the Yakuza games for requiring too much of my attention to be a proper second screen option, but that's firmly a feature and not a bug at this point.

But Sullivans from Boston though. Thats what matters.Ideally the coach is also young and has experience coaching young players, like maybe in major-juniors or the NCAA. Sullivan has none of those qualifications.
I’m in bed by 9 30. I’m not going to stay up and watch them get shutout. These GDTs have died.
Think I’ll stick with Door kickers 2 haha![]()
When a game embraces a motif like that they've earned my money. The number of absurdities in the title alone is a work of art.
Idk if it’s because I’m six months younger than Sid so the realization that his career is almost over has launched me into a mid life crisis or if it’s the fact that this team is the only one in the city that is operating how they should….but I’m watching a ton of games. And hockey in general.Truly difficult product to watch even with regular start times. Having several games on the abstract TNT channel doesn't help - nor NHL network. But - self admittedly I only tune in for about 1 out of every 5 games over the past year or so.
I've noticed that the threads are both dead and we don't even bother doing post game analysis anymore. Assuming that's because we lose - because we suck. The roster is flat out undeniably terrible - and the coach is so stale he's literally turning to dust. Almost like the average HF poster knew that hitching our wagon to a terrible coach, terrible goalie, terrible D corps, terrible bottom 30 forwards, and weak top 6 sled-dogged by a nearly 40 year old goat wouldn't be competitive.
That said I do think I'd tune in more to see Sid/Geno together but they refuse to do it for whatever reason.
The whole series is just too much fun.![]()

is there a better coach to guide us to the bottom than sully? and until we get our new core players, that's what we need to do.It would be stupid to fire sully before year end. It would be even more stupid to keep him after this season but our fear is they will
i want two things to happen: The Penguins lose and Sid break the PPG record. Not exactly a recipe for conversation. These GDTs have died.

Fine by me. I just wish Dubas and the Pens PR machine would shut the F up about "competing" next year. I'm gonna hurt myself from rolling my eyes so hard. This team isn't making a run unless Sid, Geno and Letang all wake up next year a decade younger. That's about all I want too. Maybe even next season too? get another top 5 pick.
