Sully, Burke, and Hextall still employed is a disgrace.
Sid will hopefully be in Denver and we'll get more assets.
I doubt he wants to go anywhere.Sid will hopefully be in Denver and we'll get more assets.
Freddy Gaudreau too. Fixed him, just to let him go for only a million dollars.Tanev, McCann and Rodrigues in the bottom 6 over what we have now, would be pretty f***ing great
E-Rod sucked just as bad when given the Sullivan bottom-6 treatment.Paying Heinen and Archibald instead of a Zone entry monster in Erod for bottom 6 offense looks to be a huge blunder.
Not for sid, he'll get to play with his longtime best buddy, and he won't be expected to carry the whole enchilada. He accrued 1500 points here. Sounds like an even number to me, and in the process we get several good pieces for the future. Sounds like a win-win to me. Financial flexibility to retain salary for even more assets. I love it!Gross
Nothing about Sullivan…he needs to go
I mean, a good move is a good move. Firing one or the other, they're both deserving. Firing both is the correct route. There's no point in just replacing one or the other. They literally need to hire an entirely fresh group. So sorry FSG that you have to eat a contract before it even begins in Sullivan.
But we'll get a new GM. With Sullivan. And we'll get to watch the same on ice product and slowly watch the parrots blame the new GM for our on ice issues. Lol.
It's f****** bizarro world and I'm getting too old for this.
Sid is not going to leave the team.Sid will hopefully be in Denver and we'll get more assets.
I can't wait for NYR to lose in R1 like they should have last playoffs before they took out Crosby.Well, they might end up playing the Metro winner. But it should be an exciting playoff regardless. I Look to bet and make a lot of money on these first round series. At least a team that deserves to be in the playoffs will make it. So we can all take comfort in that.
Sully no like guys who play fancy.Freddy Gaudreau too. Fixed him, just to let him go for only a million dollars.
If I remember correctly, E-Rod had a Granlund-like dry spell on the 3rd line last yearE-Rod sucked just as bad when given the Sullivan bottom-6 treatment.

Sid is not going to leave the team.
But if this is gonna be your thing for the foreseeable future just give me a heads up so I know if I should just block you now
It blows my mind how this place absolutely *has* to make it one or the other, when in reality, this team's been taken into a swan dive over the past half decade by both the front office, past and present, as well as Sullivan.
Well, we won't be making the playoffs for the foreseeable future so that kind of thing might get kind of old for a guy who's on the wrong side of 35.I doubt he wants to go anywhere.
O I am all too aware Sully goes nowhere. BUT man would I love if FSG showed a pulse and canned him with the front office. Put out a statement like "this isn't acceptable, we are sorry for the product you've paid for. Please consider this a token of our appreciation for your support"He's not wrong. He just needs to also include Sullivan, and the scouting dept.
I mean, a good move is a good move. Firing one or the other, they're both deserving. Firing both is the correct route.
But if anyone has any legitimate expectation Sullivan is fired, they're absolutely out of their minds with copium.
Not really at all. Consistent offensive pressure from him atleast. Gained the zone better than most players in the NHL. He just had terrible finishing, but he created.E-Rod sucked just as bad when given the Sullivan bottom-6 treatment.
Well if he does he's 50% retained just like Malkin will be. Malkin at 3M for 3 more years would fetch a haul.Well, we won't be making the playoffs for the foreseeable future so that kind of thing might get kind of old for a guy who's on the wrong side of 35.
Absolutely, I want his sorry ass out of town so feel free to block me. And any of you other blokes feel free. But I told you guys for the last couple years this was not a very good team, now you see the folly of your ways.Sid is not going to leave the team.
But if this is gonna be your thing for the foreseeable future just give me a heads up so I know if I should just block you now
