We should also clarify that no one willingly moves to the panhandle to areas like Pensacola. If you're going to Florida, it's Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, or Miami/FL.
I was gonna say, I thought people liked the southern Jacksonville area. It's been forever since I've been. I probably wouldn't recognize it.LOL, nobody in their right mind is moving to Orlando or even most of its suburbs -- and the migration data backs that up. Jacksonville (Duval County) is no great destination either though at least its adjacent areas are nice. Most of the counties adjacent to Orlando used to be nice but now those who are leaving outnumber those who are moving in.
OTOH, places like Santa Rosa County and Walton County in the panhandle have migration rates that are off the charts, but they are still well off the beaten path and I can understand why some folks might not find them to be as exciting as a ghetto area.
the article doesn't count the influx of "undocumented" flooding into the above-mentioned states. that are more than replacing those that left.Seems relevant: 10 States People Are Fleeing And 10 States People Are Moving To

If I magically had 50M dollars. I’d build something in the Pennsylvania or West Virginia mountains in Appalachia. At the highest altitude I could get a decent size portion of property. Build a road in. Tell everyone in the world they are free to visit anytime they want but don’t expect me to ever come to you. And just chill out staring at a valley/down range for the rest my life sipping on whiskey playing music at annoyingly loud volume. As a Canadian, if I won 50M I'd move to Pinecrest, FL. If my work asked me to move to Dallas and say yes without hesitation. Any city outside of Florida or Dallas I would have to think about.
oh no! immigrants! in america! the horror!the article doesn't count the influx of "undocumented" flooding into the above-mentioned states. that are more than replacing those that left.

Eff that. What move involving Jarry's sorry ass leaving the 412 ISN'T the right move?Sullivan stuff aside... which at this point I'm completely resigned to... they seriously took a look at Bourque's work last year and were like "Yes. More of that, please."
Dubas should have given me a call to discuss Sully's status before speaking with the media.Rossi with an update that's sure to thrill everyone:

What I'm hearing about the Penguins: Crosby's contract, Sullivan's standing, Jarry trade
Also included: Kris Letang's surgery, TV and radio decisions and more.www.nytimes.com
Cliff notes:
Sullivan got reassurance from Dubas that he's relatively safe and Dubas doesn't blame Sullivan for team's performance this year.
Smith is absolutely on the trade block, ideally in a true hockey trade.
Dubas doesn't think Graves has a market, so hope is he will rebound lower in the lineup.
Jarry isn't necessarily being shopped, but there is a sense around the league that he's available in right move.
Crosby deal isn't likely to be all that challenging. Matter of when, not if.
Bourque might become primary TV analyst with more changes to radio broadcasts.
