Nice country club atmosphere, no accountability except for the scrubs, no radical changes that would offend tender player sensibilities, line combos carved in stone like Commandments (no matter how poorly they play) to satisfy player egos, etc.
A new coach might change some or all of that. In fact he BETTER do so, otherwise what's the point of a new coach. Which is also why the new coach absolutely cannot be any schmuck who is already in the organization (Reirden, Vellucci, Forrest).
(As if there's ever going to BE a new coach....)
