Kings may need to bite the bullet and buy him out. THe kings still have 1 of their 2 buy outs right? If they do they can use that money and try to get Stastny. The kings have a great core just need to find a productive 2nd line center.
 
Funny, the PO haven't even started yet and you guys are already talking about trade and stuff.

I am more concern about Richards and Voynov getting eaten alive by Thornton Burns and Hertl.
I know up at the Tank we can't do much. Perhaps don't put Richards line out there with Voynov Regerh pairing.

Play stoll 2nd line minutes, and have richards be a ozone faceoff guy.

They don't need to buy him out he has good residual value, and a team with a young core would be ideal place to send him. Kings are fine, they got what they needed from Richards anyways. He just wore out much faster than usual.

I guess a team like EDM or Winnipeg would trade for him , I don't know what type of return kings get.

Kings are one step ahead of you on the road--they keep Richards and Voynov split according to jewelsfromthecrown.
 
No way does Edmonton trade RNH for Richards. No chance in hell. I just threw Yak out because he seems like the most "reasonable" name of the players we would actually want.

Luckily Sutter's line combos change frequently. I'm still hoping for Nolan/Clifford in the top 6!!!!:yo:

Doubt Buffalo would want Richards.
