Rempe will probably get another game or 2 but if it were up to me I'd send him down, call up Berard and drop Vesey back to the 4th line.

It's alot to ask a rookie to handle that spot but I don't think theres anyone else in the organization better equipped to do it. We may need to venture outside to find a fit but better to see if you already have a fit in house before doing that.

Vesey-Edstrom can do some damage from line 4. Goodrow sucks but the other 2 are good players.

I’d rather have Berard than rempe too but I’d put Berard right on that fourth line. Let him drive some play there like a Coleman or gourde type

Amazing win.

I will never bad mouth MSG again, I don’t understand where they spent $1.6 billion on MetLife.

Can we talk about the hoola hoopers on the field?
Did you see the woman in the long black puffer pushing the baby stroller around?

This team has all told us collectively to shut the F up and enjoy the ride numerous times this year. They have passed the bruins AGAIN. They now sit third overall in the whole league a point behind league Cup favorite darlings the Panthers. Maybe we should all shut the f*** up and just trust them till we get to the playoffs. We have bitched more than we’ve enjoyed this year frankly. On here on twitter everywhere as a fanbase it’s been awful this year. I’m sickened by it.

After all of these speeches they still came out looking like shit in the first period. lol
I have a tonne of respect for all those involved, but that was some of the dullest pre-game speaking you'll ever hear.
The players should be able to get themselves ready to go any way, but I really hope there was some kind of rev-up that came after all that.

"I'm so happy," Rempe said. "I've just had the biggest smile all day. I know my mom this morning was bawling her eyes out, but in a happy way. It was great. … I'm going to go see them now, and I bet they're going to be over the moon. I know my mom probably didn't like the fighting, but she's probably happy it got out of the way right away."

One thing I will say is that as bad as most of this game was, we win this game in regulation without ever being down big if Laf doesn't take a dumb penalty that not only negated our PP but saw us give up two goals 4 on 4 and shorthanded. Could have been a friggin 3 goal difference was definitely a 2 goal difference.
And Kreider took a dumb/lazy penalty right out of the intermission that lead to a goal.

While Kreider and Mika tied the game up, they have been borderline useless 5v5 and this team will only win if the opposing team continues to take penalties.

But amazing win, wish I wasn't talked out of buying tickets!
