Any old farts like me remember a similar game against the Islanders in 2015 when I believe they were down 5-3 in the third and ended up winning 6-5 in regulation. I actually missed that game but I think it had similar cadence.

Not only down 5-3 in the third but down by 2 goals three separate times in the game. That was awesome.

I think he got played by Romanov. It's almost like a reverse hit. Romanov lets up and an over-aggressive Lindgren flies by and it's him who his the glass first

This was an event game and anybody expecting a Picasso on the ice had some serious expectations especially for the team that didn't really need the points against a team that was desperate for them. Just enjoy the win and 7 game winning streak.

Doesn't get any lower for a NYI fan than this. Your Dman coughs up the puck for the winning goal and then you have to wait for a review that plunges the dagger a second time and then have to listen to that crowd explode twice

As far as outdoor games go, instant classic with the comeback and winner 10 seconds in.

Panarin was really heads up and aggressive on that forecheck in OT, it wasn’t just a terrible turnover by Dobson he probably wasn’t expecting Panarin to come in so aggressively. And the patience staying with it there, great goal
