I think the odds are pretty decent that Ottawa fails to qualify and fails to win the lottery. We’ll have to wait and see.

Chabot runs powerplay one and our second unit just got a lot better.

Powerplay isn’t the issue. Chabot’s minutes can now go down, and if Chychruh is his partner those 28 minute nights get a lot easier.

Ottawa is 5 points out of the wild card. If there wasnt a lottery it would be sitting at 12th pick. But adding chychurn they probably climb the standings. Senators are better than given credit. And at least they trying to win. I feel like 1/4 the league has decided to tank.
