At the very least, it gets CU some publicity, shows they are serious about football and it's good having a black coach get a prominent opportunity.

Pretty funny, look at the Sagarin ratings. Says CU and Jackson St are almost exactly even in power ratings. If they played on the field the line should be around even.

I like the hire because you can't win with Colorado kids. Prime is going to get kids that are just far off the usual Pac-12 recruiting radar in time. For now he'll try with portal kids and that's going to be a process. As much as portal kids can help its when they are plugging one or two missing pieces into a team. You really can't turn around a crap team with wholesale changes. Give it 3 years though and he should have them back in bowls and being a factor, who knows what conference they will be in by then.

Our last 3 head coaches have been black, 4 out of 5, which is cool. Just don’t look at their records!

We already got one of the top recruits from the ‘25 class holy shit, this is gonna be interesting.

I think we all know Prime isn’t gonna be here by 2025

Everyone takes the blame today. Lousy play calling all game long and then once again the D can't get the stop at the end of the game when needed. The coaching differential was just massive, Ravens coaches did everything right and well the Broncos did what they did.

While I don't disagree on the overall premise of coaching differential, I'd hardly call scoring 10 points and needing a last second TD against one of the worst teams in football doing everything right by the Ravens coaching staff - even without Lamar Jackson.

Lol, Broncos are a joke.

Hackett sucks, Wilson is finished. Seattle is going to get #1 or #2 overall pick.

I don't know how but they have to get rid of Wilson this year. Even it means we have to forfeit all our games next year, since we can't field a roster.

Can't continue on this route. Everyone should be fired other than Evero. All the way up to Paton. He's the f***ing reason we are on this mess.

If Lock was as bad as everyone says then we'd be able to draft whoever this year and move on. Now we're completely f***ed and Seattle is just laughing their asses off.

Nuggets lose again. They’re something like 25th or 26th in the NBA defensively. I thought the new additions were supposed to help in that department.

The problem I’ve had with this incarnation of the Nuggets is they have to play an insanely good game in order to win. Even the Avs, as banged up as they are, got away with a couple subpar efforts here and there this season. The Nuggets simply cannot overcome even an ordinary effort from their key guys. Part of that IMO is the fact that a certain small forward doesn’t really step up when needed but that’s just me.

Instead of MPJ riding the bench, injured as usual, we need another star. And defensively, I think we need some more length because opponents are having no trouble getting into the paint and getting layups and shooting floaters.

All the way up to Paton. He's the f***ing reason we are on this mess.

Can you blame Paton for trying to do somthing about the QB situation? We've tried everything (other than drafting a qb in the top 10) in regards to finding a servicable QB, be it free agents (Keenum, Bridgewater) high draft picks (Lynch, Lock), scrubs (Siemien, Flacco) and now 'star' with Russ. most of that isnt on Paton. Yes, he could have taken Fields over Surtain II, but thats the only missed draft pick at QB for Paton and that is still not a 1000% sure miss in my opinion.

Yes, the broncos have sucked, this wilson trade has been a disaster, hackett seems to suck, but this isnt all on Paton. just 6 months ago everyone was praising him for finally getting an offensive minded head coach whos younger and can relate to players better, combined with finally getting the QB for the next 5-7 years. Dont let this shitstorm blind you, we got great value for Von trade last year, great value on the Chubb trade this year, we have Surtain II who could be the next champ bailey, we got pookie coming back next year. I think if we can get the right coach ( Im looking at a guy like Sean Payton) we could easily be back in the playoff picture next season

I’ve maintained the Nuggets need just one more star to truly be set, and MPJ most definitely is not that guy. Too injured, too one-dimensional, and frankly not good enough mentally or physically. People can tell me the Nuggets had no choice but to give him the max deal, I call bullshit on that.

Yeah I can easily blame Paton. 250M to a guy who didn't play a down with the team. That is probably the most fireable offense I've ever seen from a GM, outside maybe the Arenado trade.

Paton made it so there was no incentive for Russ to give a shit. And it shows in Russ's game. He didn't train, he didn't learn the play book, he didn't put enough effort into developing a chemistry with the WRs. A handful of WR things during the summer ain't it At this point Russ doesn't give 1 shit about football. All he wants to do is collect money, be a celeb, and post shit on social media.

Honestly if I didn't know better I would think he was purposely sucking so we'd cut him, and he could just collect his money without playing and just live the celeb life with his wife. It feels like a complete con job by him to get paid and not play.
