They tend to be a lot more hands off about it now that they used to, be they are surely engaged in modern day slavery/child slavery today through levels of sub-contractors.

Then there's the obvious stuff the U.S. government engages in around the world, whether they do it directly, or provide the funds to other groups to do it.

If you look at the breadth and scope of evil in the world, it is pretty inarguable IMO that the U.S. does more damage than Saudi Arabia. Just look at the Iraq war as a starting point.

Good Riddance

Though he doesn't have any value at this point. Getting a bag of balls and 33 yr minor league backup catcher would seem a coup value wise at this point

I soured on Lynn last year when it was clear he didn't give a shit about his weight or conditioning which has only gotten worse.

I agreed with what Steve Stone said earlier this year

Why should we be making any transactions at all under this same front office/set of decision makers? It’s absolutely insane that Hahn/KW/etc havnt been fired yet. And look at these pathetic managers they’re appointing to be in charge(La Russa and Grifol….LOL)….HOW ARE THEY STILL EMPLOYED?!?!?!

Literally ANY other sports franchise would have cleaned house months ago. MONTHS!

But noooooooooooo not the white Sox, and now they’re even talking “rebuild” again….under the same loser GM/ownership….rinse and repeat….if only we weren’t such an inferior small time unpopular irrelevant sports franchise maybe then it would be a big enough deal to force some changes. Guess we’ll never know.

For once I actually agree with @SimpleJack ranting. Hahn and company have no business making decisions in regards to trades impacting the Sox current and future. This organization continues to be ass backwards. They need a COMPLETE overhaul and I'm not just talking about Hahn and KW. Some of the scouts, analytical department, etc. all need to go but Jerry is too cheap and too loyal to ever consider doing that.

One bummer in all this is - you used to be able to say, hey well at least we'll geta stud draft pick. But that will just be another Vaughn or Madrigal. I think they draft better in the teens than the top 5.


BTW has anyone seen KBS? It seems like he fell off the grid here and on Soxtalk. Hope he is ok.

It’s such a slap in the face to the fans. It’s so bad. Like they truly think we’re idiots. “Oh sry that rebuild didn’t work? You want another one? Ok here’s another, same front office though, is that ok? Sure it is, right?” I mean this can’t be serious….they really aren’t gonna fire Hahn?? Like how? This debacle has been brewing for 3 years and we've known since early May this season was toast. You're acting like it all fell apart tonight.

The Sox need someone to trade some guys in the next 4-5 days. Do you want Getz promoted? If you think you hate Hahn, go look up Getz's record in player development.

We all agree they all deserve the axe after the season. Whether Jerry does that is another question.
 
Im not finished ranting god dammit!

This GARBAGE organization responded to last year’s disappointment/missing the playoffs/step backwards by:

-Hiring some scrub 1st time manager named PEDRO GRIFOL to be the new Manager to replace TLR…

-signing MIKE FREAKIN’ CLEVINGER!!!

-Doing nothing meaningful about 2B or the starting rotation.

-another average/below-average addition to the OF

-no change to the approach at the plate and thus we now are dead last in walks in all MLB for the 2nd straight season

…..AND YET THIS SAME GM/FRONT OFFICE IS SUPPOSED TO ENGINEER ANOTHER REBUILD?!?!?!?!?!?

It’s INSANITY!
 
All Lynn had to do was not take a crap on the mound tonight and he couldn't even do that. So White Sox.

MLB.com lists these guys as the Angels #2 and #3 prospects. Quero is #65 in the top 100 on mlb.com

And he’ll never develop on this team. Not with the men we have in place running the show on multiple levels. We shouldn’t be trading for anyone until we clean house. I’m disgusted.
