Imagine if instead of Quenville the Hawks hired Scotty Bowman to be their manager. It seemed that ridiculous to me when I heard the news and it felt like all the air got let out of the Sox tires immediately afterTruth be told, I wasn't really buying the Sox back in spring, but then again a lot of that had to do with La Russa.
not sure. he kinda sucks.“The fact this cubs team won as many games as it did in the second half is a credit to the players and to the staff.”
What happened to Madrigal?
He was looking like an MLB-ready every day starting 2B for the Sox to start the 2021 season before the injury.

Don't know if he sucks because he can't stay healthy.not sure. he kinda sucks.
Hes a sub par defender and a horrible baserunner. If hes not rockin a ~.360+ OBP hes not worth a roster spotDon't know if he sucks because he can't stay healthy.
But he's never healthy, is my point. He's played in 142 games in three seasons and a little more than 500 PA. Chances are you are correct but I want to see what he can do when he is...actually, you know healthy.Hes a sub par defender and a horrible baserunner. Giolito you dont know what you will get, and Kopech's health is still an issue. You might only have 2 good starters out of that list. That's a dangerous rotation, especially with the Sox not having any impact starters knocking on the door from the system. I would say they need to bring someone in that projects as a #3 at least. Then you can hope Giolito and Kopech can manage to fill 4/5 and if Davis needs to step up, then so be it.Wonder if Sox bring back Cueto or if he will want too much $ of term
I wouldn't offer him more than 1 yr deal but I am sure his season will have a team willing to give him a multi-year deal as FA
Rotation for next year
Cease
Lynn
Kopach
Giolito
?
If it's not Cueto you to find a reliable #5 option. I don't think Davis is good enough to be the guy in #5 spot as I just don't see much upside there
If he gets popped for roids, i think if die from laughter.National media is spending a lot of time on a guy hitting the seventh most home runs in a season.
Also, I will laugh mightily if Judge turns out to be a powerhitting version of Braun after how much this has been hyped as an allegedly clean record.

Sosa hit 60 3 times, crazy.As will I.
My attitude is assume all athletes are secretly buttholes and just celebrate the on-field/ice accomplishments unless they pull some heinous shit in real life.
Bonds is a douche, but 73 is the record (plus he’s easily a top five player in history, and that’s downplaying his historical status) and Sosa had the most dominant stretch of power hitting in MLB history.
Bonds I’ll buy because he would have been a hof without steroid, although his 73 is tainted.. Soda was a pure creation of steroids. I consider his monster seasons as if they never happened. As will I.

He's a Yankee so it will be front page news for days. They have to do something before they choke in the playoffs again.National media is spending a lot of time on a guy hitting the seventh most home runs in a season.
