Man, Mizzou had a couple gutchecks at the end there to lose it to Auburn.

Thankfully, I'm an Illini fan, so I'm okay with a bunch of disappointed boys and girls down in Columbia, MO.
Went to Mizzou and stumbled upon the televised game with about 2 min to go in the 4th Q. Not sure I've ever seen a team blow an easier win by it's inability to do a couple of simple fundamentals. Now I wish I hadn't even stumbled upon the game.

Aren't the Sox where they were generally picked to be in the division this year? Sheesh you all are dramatic about a .500 team.

The Aussie Rules Football team that I “like” apparently won the AFL Grand Final the other day.

I need to pay actual attention to that league rather than forgetting about it for months on end.

Addition by subtraction for the Sox, though I hope folks aren't celebrating his ill health.
Nah, I don't wish ill on the man. Even being as old as he is(so there could be truth to the health stuff), I could see this as some ploy by Jerry to not have to fire the man, and give him an out to save face after being what I would say is the worst manager hiring by the Sox in their history. It just seems so convenient that he was a terrible manager, he's Jerry's ol' buddy, and he now has health concerns that will keep him from coaching again, just around the time of the season when most teams would look to fire their failing manager.

If he's actually ill, then I wish him good health. I'm not so sure I actually believe he has serious health concerns, though.

Ryan Field is more than a bit of a dump, albeit a cool dump, but…

… spending $800 million on a stadium that seats 12,000 less just seems odd.

I wonder if they will play in the interim in Soldier Field so that they can finally be "Chicago's Big Ten Team*" for real.

* in reality, still maybe the fifth most popular Big Ten team in Chicago at best.

The Cubs did something kind of neat for a change?

I spotted a few points where they obviously spliced different videos/drone runs together, but nice illusion of a continuous shot.
