So I last posted on this aboutv1 hr before draftee signing deadline...but it appears the Sox did sign tge 12-19 picks in addition to the 1-11andc20th picks O mentioned were signed ehenbI kadt posted on this .. So apparently they got all 20 picks signed and still remained at onlyv 3.8% over their bonus a llotment amount so their tax penalty stays at only $187,400...

So I must have misunderstood how the calculations go because I had thought they already were 3.8% over their limit withoutcthisex22-19 picks being signed....but maybe it was based on the signings uoto then plus still remainingvslittedcamoubts not yet used uotobthat moment...

In any case somehow got alk 29bsigned in tome and pnlyvwill be paying peanuts for going $250,400 beyond their allotment limit with only a 75% tax on the excess amount.
