They need to do something before its too late. Hoping and praying for guys to get healthy and THEN everything works out is not a plan.

What can we do?

Hahn has done horrible job of drafting/signing/developing kids in farm so they have no tradeable assets to improve team

And given Hahn's track record overall at trades its more likely any trades he makes would be destructive to future of franchise

Hoping the bats get hot, pitching stabilizes and injured come back and produce is only option for White Sox at this point

They can start by firing menechino. Whatever they're doing at the plate clearly isn't working.

Keegan Thompson, the best starting pitcher in Chicago, with yet another dominant start.

Such a pleasure to watch

TLR needs to go with Hahn. TLR's fingerprints are all over the disastrous off-season moves. Remember when TLR declared anyone who thinks the Sox need a RF from outside the organization is not a White Sox fan? And his obsession with loaded bullpens is well known. These moves came at the expense of filling the actual holes on the team.

Grandal has probably been the worst player in baseball thus far between his complete lack of hitting and brutal defense. Highest paid player on the team!

Man has he been brutal.

Between him, whoever plays 2B(Garcia or Harrison), Moncada, and Pollock you’re looking at just about 1/2 of the daily lineup(s) being completely useless. Like .500 OPS kinda useless. Throw in the occasional appearance from Sheets, McGuire, Mendick….all equally as useless.

Then factor in the lack of availability from Robert and Eloy, and now TA too.

It’s just a mess. The roster isn’t nearly as good as it was expected to be/become by now.

Mendick has actually been surprisingly good. Definitely not a guy you want playing a lot, but his ops is .831.

TLR does need to go 100%, but I doubt he’s to blame for inexcusable mistakes such as not attempting to go after Correa and instead allowing him to join a division rival. Or refusing to go after a legit starter to replace Rodon. The front office has made one bad decision after another, including hiring a clueless manager.

Not sustainable for a garbage player. Watching him get thrown out at 2nd the other day which negated our sac fly/game tying run was all i needed as a reminder of how inept he is. Give him 20-30 more at bats and the OPS will shrink back down to the .500-.600 range.

You know what we should attempt to do but never actually would in a million years? Go after Juan Soto. That’s an addition that might actually move the needle and cause immediate, noticeable improvement.

Yep. Grandal and Harrison both deserve to be DFA'd. Problem is, the Sox have built zero depth, so they have no alternatives.

Garcia batting leadoff, Moncada batting 3rd….LOL

Meanwhile Robert is batting 5th….LOLOLOL

Gotta love TLR

I'm not even going to pay attention to the lineup anymore. It's a lost cause. Anyone who still defends Tony is a brainless meatball in my eyes. Guy stinks by any measure.

I could have coached/managed this team better when I was helping my neighbor coach tee-ball when I was 12 years old. I don't think TLR has the brain cells that an amoeba does at this point.

As terrible as Sox have been lately they still are only 5 games back

Get thru this bad stretch and get some guys back maybe they can turn it around

In short term though with series coming up against Dodgers expect more pain

Nice series win for the sox. If they could string together another 3-4 series wins in a row that would be great.
