Danny Mac’s message he posted on Twitter a couple of hours ago was heartfelt and a tough read. I’m thankful he didn’t hurt/kill anyone and hope he gets it together. As he says in his message, he had everything anyone could ever want. I’ve thankfully never dealt with depression so it’s Impossible for me to really wrap my head around his situation. He’s super talented and I imagine will get another chance in some capacity, but he’s got a long road ahead of him.

To say depression sucks would be a severe understatement. It can be debilitating and completely zap your zest for life.

But, it doesn’t justify putting others lives at risk.

Bucknor was regarded as the worst umpire by around 33% of the league players. More than Angel Hernandez, for clarification. He's proven that he's holding a grudge, and he's proven that he's petty. He should never umpire another Cardinals game again, and if he does, the players have every right to protest the results.
