Their top line is currently Landeskog/MacKinnon/Nichushkin and Ratanen was on that line.

It’s their top defensemen that are young, not big and zippy.

Not sure we’re built that way. Tampa is the one with smaller top forwards and bigger defense.

I didn't mean literally physical make up. The avs are built on speed and finesse with shitty goaltending and pretty shitty defense. That's pretty much the devils. When I say shitty defense, I mean that. Makar is a stud offensively but he's not great defensively.

Maybe I was bit too harsh on their defense. It's not shit, but they are 100% driven by their offense, just like the devils are.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Especially since it’s been a trend for game 1’s to be tampa’s poorest of each series and they get better as it goes on.
