Brett Howden taken off the ice on a stretcher in Vegas. Howden looks like he lost an edge and Forsberg unintentionally bodied him into the center ice boards by the player benches.

Another wraparound goal tonight. This time it was Mason Marchment on Jake Allen.

That’s like 4 or 5 this week? With Gillies wraparound goal against in Edmonton starting this recent uptick off.

Yeah, Forsberg went to hit him and his own momentum took him down because Howden was so low. I feel bad for Forsberg, he must feel awful.

Obviously this sucks a lot more for Howden and he flourishing in Vegas when healthy.

And the poor guy just got healthy, he missed 7 games on his second trip to IR-land this year before coming back 5 games ago.

Greene and Chara are an absolute EMBARRASSMENT and should just retire right this second in the middle of the game.

They got caught out on the ice for a 2 minute and 8 second shift and just can't get out of their own end or anywhere that would leave them safe enough to get to the bench. And it leads to a goal.

5-2 Bruins and shots are 31-19 Bruins with over 5 minutes still to go in the period.

It's no wonder nobody wanted these two old washed up sacks of shit at the deadline. I told you Andy Greene really should have retired when his last long term deal expired in 2020.

Dylan Strome goal to make it 3-0 against Vegas. That's 19 goals 39 pts in 53 games. I mean who could've known that he was actually good and that scratching him and not playing him a lot or with scrubs was a dumb move. Colliton's a moron.

Vegas is cooked

I still think you're right that Vegas is cooked, but Chicago is TERRIBLE.

Why were we supposed to be sold that this was a probable playoff team to start the year? Because they won a bunch of cups 7-12 years ago?

Just watched the Blackhawks and the Golden Knights game. I think Kubalik would be a good buy low option for the Devils. His price was apparently a 2nd round pick at the trade deadline. He has had a tough season, but he has potential to be a 30 goal scorer again. He looked good today.

Gave up 3 more, holy shit. Gadreau with 5 assists, Koskinen with 5 GA on 12 shots lol.
Gaudreau had 5 5v5 assists (4 primary) in just 12:18 of 5v5 ice time. He’s leading the league with 59 5v5 pts. 2nd is Tkachuk at 53. You could take away Gaudreau’s 6 secondary assists and he’s still tied for 1st. What a comical year he’s having

It took me THIRTEEN goals in that game to get my first stoppable one.

That's almost a record for the Koskinen-Smith combo.

I think it was the 13th goal? Either way out of the 14 goals scored in that game I only counted one goal stoppable and it was on Smith.

There was at least one goal on Koskinen kind of borderline and not the greatest, just because it's Koskinen and he can make no chance goals look very awkward. There was also one like that on Smith that I didn't mark stoppable.

Both of these guys (especially Smith) have a tendency to even make goals that don't look bad look bad sometimes, just because of how awkward he looks on some of them.

I didn't nail Markstrom on any of his goals against, after having nailed him on probably over half of the goals he's been allowing over his last several starts.
