fwiw, his IPP near 90% is probably unsustainable. I don't think even McDavid or Sid have IPP that high.

Either that means his scoring will go down, or the forwards he's out there will start scoring without him getting a point when he's on the ice without his scoring going down.

I hope it is the latter.

On the flip side, Hanifin and Andersson have absurdly low IPP, equally unsustainable. Hopefully that means their production picks up without a drop in on-ice goalscoring.

And why exactly does Kylington never play on the power play? The best offensive defensemen on a team lacking any real other offensive defensemen. It's seems mind-boggling.
 
They're just waiting to get him to realize his Gaudreau-ian roots and get him on the 2nd unit--not as a QB, but as the ol' looper that carries the puck in the zone and sets up the half-wall. They just are biding their time to replace Backlund with him on there
