It doesn’t take a blowhard to tell us to not spend $30 a month on that
Where did I say I needed someone to tell me this? Im just happy its getting play on their highly rated show. And I pay for it so I can watch the games on my TV. It gets canceled at the end of the season.

Not everything needs a snarky take.

I wasn’t speaking for you. I was speaking for myself and some others that know not to pay for that $30 piece of crap

I do have a question on NESN 360 since Mazz talked about this part of it. I have NESN via cable so that means I can use NESN app for free to stream games? I was thinking I still had to pay. Will try it at some point anyway.

Nesn is such a bad channel in it’s own right. They constantly have technical difficulties wether it be the sound quality or the video feed lagging or falling off entirely.

30/month for it is outrageous. I hope the nesn 360 is at least a higher quality video feed or something.

It's way worse. I pay $85/month for Fubo to only use it for NESN instead of $30 to NESN directly because it's that bad.

I have Fubo too but the quality isn't as good as the Xfinity NESN feed.

Edit: to clarify I mean the Xfinity livestream app on my samsung tv which I have ethernet connected. I use Fubo from my xbox1 S, which is also hardlined.

1080p NESN doesn't look that good on Fubo but 4K NESN does even when the game isn't in 4K, I think it's the same 4K video that NESN 360 uses but Fubo actually works. NESN's app and their streaming backend is definitely NESN tier.

@dafoomie - For games at TD Garden the video leaves the truck perfectly ( as long as there are no pizza boxes )

The rest of NESN's distribution system would make Rube Goldberg blush.....

What is going on with this show? Enough of the passive aggressive BS and come out with it already.

People on Twitter were saying something about how this is precipitated by Beasley taking over official handles for all their shows' accounts. But there is still obviously tension with Fred and Rich and the breakup is probably still on the table.

Familiarity breeds contempt.

Poor communication or a lack of communication dooms relationships.

Not surprised by any of how this unfolded.

Sounds like Rich got fed up with Fred and told him how he felt via text, then the Cold War unfolded.

Each of them handling it in their own way, but no healthy, collaborative communication really happening.

Not at all surprised that we found out after the fact that Rich had done his last show.

Shows how useless the media critics in town are. None of them had this.
It's probably heartbreaking for Chad Finn!

None of this makes any sense to me. I know Twitter isn't always the best barometer for anything but if you looked around on there I don't think you would find a single person celebrating the fact that only one of these guys will continue on and that one guy is Fred. I hope Rich reveals all the details down the line. Seems like an absurd decision from management.

Fred actually sounds so much lighter on air. I get being frustrated but Rich basically froze everyone out especially after he got confronted by Fred for what he had said on air.

The show was stagnant so it will be interesting to see how the new show unfolds
