And anecdotally, you talk to tradespeople in the Lower Mainland, and you won't have to go far to hear from someone who's been stiffed for work they did for the Aquilinis.

Well jeez, I wonder why they've not lead the team through a proper rebuild? These guys didn't get their wealth going about it the right way, they take shortcuts. And they run the hockey team the same way.

They hired the former chief of police for the VPD to be the family's spokesperson. Why would a family need a spokesperson who's adept at speaking about crimes? Hmmm... https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/brit...er-police-chief-named-new-vp-at-aig-1.3175422"

The Leafs had Ballard, the Blackhawks had Wirtz. The Aquilinis are our cross to bear, it would seem. Hopefully some sort of circumstance comes to pass soon that forces them out of ownership of our f***ing team.

Ownership must recognize that they are in a precarious position. The last year alone has badly eroded whatever confidence was left in the organization.

Soon this will affect players and they will not want to play here. Then that will affect the fans, and they won’t sell nearly as many seats. The consequence is that the value of the organization will begin to decline.

They may be wise to sell sooner than later. The current trajectory is unsustainable and may ultimately force the Aquilini’s hands.

I think we see the other 2 brothers take over control of the team before we see the Aquilini's sell the team. There were rumours of them stripping Francesco of control of the team last year around the time Green and Benning were fired

I know three people who worked for Aquilini in some capacity. All three said he’s completely unlikeable and a total narcissist.

F*** Francisco. The day he sells the team (if that ever happens) is the day we have a chance again to win a cup. Until then...no chance. Worst ownership in Pro Sports.

He's a pathetic excuse of a human being.

You look back over the Canucks 52-year history, and surely this has to be the lowest point. And it isn't even about the wins and losses anymore, or the make up of the team.

Certainly the Canucks have had really bad teams in the past, and after the Grizzlies left town in the late 90's, incoming GM Brian Burke warned that the franchise was only a phone call away from being moved.

But this polluted ownership group has sapped the will and passion of even the most ardent fan. And the only solution now if for the Aquilini's to cash out. Sell..Sell..Sell!

Sometimes the only solution is to cut off the head of the snake.

The Canucks brand is probably at the lowest since the late 90’s, nothing is likeable on this team. Not even the black skate jersey’s with the recent release will ease the fans minds

Yeah Aqualini’s are in treacherous waters here, the fanbase is angry.

Poster Lawrence has done Canuck fans a huge favor by researching and providing links to the major court cases involving the Aquilini's and their companies.

After reading the whole ball of crud, Canuck fans can decide whether or not they want to continue coughing up money for this organization..... or maybe heading off in another direction. Support the Vancouver Giants or one of the Lower Mainland's BCJHL teams, and give the difference to charity.

Jerry Jones just walked on the field to talk directly to his kicker (missed two in practise) who missed 4 in a row last game.

I can't wait for our moment when Petey walks by Aqua and demands a trade like Roy did.

Gringo raises an interesting point......do the Aquilini's even realize how much they're loathed right now in Vancouver?
