If the iPhone 8 is really a 7S in a 7's body, you really have to wonder if Apple is going to drop the starting price on it. The same phone body for the last FOUR YEARS. I have a 6+ and could use an upgrade, but it'll be X or bust for me if I go retail. Maybe upgrade to a used 7+ and save the money to upgrade the ol' Apple Watch to a Series 3 LTE. Hoping there are lots of people upgrading that flood the used market.

Sounds like my plan (minus the watch...I'm happy with my S1) as well. I'm going to wait until early next year though. I want to see enough reviews to make a decision. Plus, I don't want to deal with supply constraints.

Yeah, reviews will be huge. Lots of time to digest them if the phones aren't available for months.

I'm a little disappointed that Apple seems to be pushing AR instead of VR. It better be mindblowing and not a gimmick. Knowing Apple, AR will be some sort of cash cow as people will be paying for content, whereas Android VR has plenty of free content.

Works for me.

Make sure you're using Safari or Microsoft Edge (windows 10)

Yup I am on Edge with Windows 10... just shows the apple logo and says video will start at 10am PDT.

EDIT: Not sure why its not working on my PC but I'm watching now on my iPhone.

EDIT #2: Restarted Edge and now its working fine. I tried that once before and it didn't work. *shrug*

Heart Rate upgrades on the watch are pretty good for the OS, not much else.

Watch 3, you can basically leave your phone at home.

So how exactly does it connect to your cellular? If the SIM card is actually built into the watch.

Does it actually link to your SIM card from your phone?

There is a mini sim in the watch, same number as your phone so you don't need a different plan. $399.00

I imagine it's similar to how your phone and iPad work as one.

apple watch is game changer

running without your phone but having access to what you need.

yup. The ability to even just have my workout and stream music from my watch instead of having my phone in my pocket or on the floor of the gym is huge, too, as long as I can also download offline playlists to the watch.
