It is, and no worries, I guess I needed to vent a little.

To Ali, I know that situation all too well unfortunately. Sorry that you're having to go through that, I wouldn't want anyone in the world to have to deal with that.

Sorry dude. Venting is good. If a part of you thinks you won't be ok without her, make sure you do whatever you can. Sometimes there isn't anything you can do but give it your best shot.

At 11:10 p.m. on March 23, Watertown Police received a report of a two men fighting in the parking lot next to Dunkin’ Donuts in Watertown Square. The men were yelling at each other when police arrived and they were separated, said Watertown Police Lt. James O’Connor.

“Both had consistent stories. They were involved in an argument on Facebook,” O’Connor said. “It was a debate on the Facebook group ‘You Know You are from Watertown If.’ Both felt it would be better to express their respective opinions to each other in person.”

I hated high school but I loved my Assistant Principal and now she's about to lose her fight with cancer.

Cancer sucks so much.

I know exactly what you are going through. My HS Spanish teacher became my second mother. She died of breastcancer in 1995.

This whole "disappearing men" around the Garden/waterfront areas thing really freaks me out.

How has there not been a larger media or public outcry about this?

I agree. and I can remember this being talked about as far back as 2012. I may watch too much Criminal Minds, but .....

I feel bad for his friend. She will probably feel guilty for the rest of her life.

Very cool....

:handclap:

Ask any hockey player: running is far from their favorite off-ice activity. Yet it has brought former Boston Pride forward Denna Laing and ex-NHL star Bobby Carpenter together as they prepare to race this year’s Boston Marathon.

The two are competing to benefit Journey Forward, a Canton rehabilitation facility the 25-year-old Laing credits for her ongoing recovery from a devastating spinal cord injury suffered while playing for the Pride at Gillette Stadium on New Year’s Eve 2015.

Carpenter will push Laing in their official Team Hoyt Running Chair, provided by marathon legend Dick Hoyt at the Vibram store on Newbury Street yesterday.

It’s the second marathon for Carpenter, the 53-year-old “Can’t Miss Kid.†But it’s a first for Laing, who never warmed to running long distances when she played for Princeton.

There are similarities in the cases but that website implies that there is a serial killer on the loose down in that area which Boston Police have de-bunked.

People watch way too much Law and Order/CSI

The last guy who disappeared down there walked into the water according to his family members who had views security cameras.

I hope they find him safe

It's alright, I'll be okay. It's just one of those feelings where a really long time relationship falls apart and when you had built a full life together and a clear future, it hurts like all hell. I just keep telling myself to keep pushing forward no matter how hard the day ahead is.

Hopefully with college starting up again for me soon, things will get better. I'm very heavily looking into adopting a dog. I miss that level of companionship during the day, I think that's the thing that's been eating at me the most, the loneliness.

I had to put one of my cats down today. It wasn't a total shock but we thought he had more time.

Its so hard to do. Been there too many times . But I always get another dog. Love them too much.
Poor Oscar must feel lost too.
Glad you will adopt. Giving a forever home to an animal in need is one of my biggest causes.

my condolences Fenway, have a 14 year old Beagle who were awaiting on chest X-Rays right now for as he`s coughing a ton and it`s not kennel cough. They are our children, worst part of pet ownership but when I`ve had to do this in the past, I do my best to think of all the joy they brought us and hopefully, the love and care we brought to them.

Thoughts are with you
