i like shinedown.
saw them in november.
i like volbeat. im seeing them in may.
i like highly suspect. they started up in cape cod.
saw them last year. hoping they come around again in summer. the singer guitar player is extremely talented.

I used to wake up with neck pain and headaches some times, that would go away after about an hour of waking up.
My wife got me the my pillow and no more aches in the neck. I also actually have good dreams now. Before Id probably only sleep 2/3 hours straight before waking up.

Sliders on the knees as well as shoulders, elbows, etc. and leather do a fantastic job of preventing injury. Add in that the fact that companies like Dainese are adding in technology like the D-Air racing system, which is an in suit air bag, it's getting safer to have track days for the average person. If I was more serious about getting out on a track, and had a bike that could handle that better, I would invest in one. A $2,500+ price tag is a little rich for me currently. Maybe in my future though.

Made me think how ridiculously expensive full suspension mountain bikes are.
At the cave the frogs are croaking at the closest stream...And we're up for 5 inches of snow Wed night/Thurs morning...Hope they are insulated...
Although I didn't sleep any longer I did sleep better. It was great not waking up with a back ache this morning.
Now if I can just figure out how to shut my brain off....

I watched this first when I heard of his passing and laughed so hard I cried. Don breaking the box and freaking out and grabbing the chair arm and desk yelling kills me every time. Truly one of the funniest people to have walked this planet.
