I’m not like worried worried about bedard. I know he’s obviously a much better player than what we’ve seen recently. But I just want to see signs of getting back to normal. I would LOVE for him to have a massive breakout game against Vancouver, that would be sooooooooo satisfying

I don’t care about Bedard struggling. But you know what usually helps? Being able to possess the puck for more than 5 minutes a game.

The coach has tricked so many here into thinking he’s done a good job because the Hawks are losing by 1 goal. Nevermind that they get smoked in possession and Mrazek has been standing on his head to make up for the constant mistakes.

This team has tuned Luke out, but they aren’t getting blown out on the scoreboard so nothing will change. Floating in mediocrity and no progress is made by anyone.

I think it’s ok to be at least moderately concerned with what we’re seeing right now from Bedard , while still expecting and believing that he’ll eventually snap out of it and show improvement. But no matter how you slice it him getting worse going from year 1 to year 2 is not what we wanted to see. Sucks. Hopefully he works hard and gets better.

100% agree, this total rut they are in helps the tank but it was just 10 minutes of sleepwalking zombies I saw in the highlights. No effort at all and absolutely dedtroyed on SOG. Some of it is definitely coaching but man this team should be playing harder.

Every single thing I see pointed out that’s wrong with the team can be linked back directly to coaching.

And yet not a single media member will dare utter Luke’s name as a problem. Like f*** right off, this organization has the media under its thumb.

I kind of wish we had toxic media like the Leafs and Habs. This goofball of a coach would have been crucified in front of the UC already.
