how....

How does it come out we signed him, then confirmed by several of the reputable sources.....

.....and then, within 4 hours, he re-signs in Houston
Hazel Mae jumped the gun and then the more reputable people just jumped on board and followed her I guess.

Hazel Mae better be fired and banned from ever reporting again

Thats disgraceful. What a complete moron.

Im still being told the Brantley is not a done deal.

Not sure where they are getting this from.

Sorry just told the Jays pulled the 3rd year off the table. Was originally a 3 year 45 million deal. They dropped a year off, and Houston upped their initial 2yr-29 million deal with their current 2yr-32 million.

No big deal. Use the money and spend it on starting pitching. Thats where they really need the help. Brantley was just a luxury. Not a need

I mean, I can understand Hazel being wrong.

You would think the reputable ones whose jobs surround breaking news like this..... would have checked with their sources.

Well firing Roark and Grichuk into the sun should still be a priority for the Jays.

...

You don't even know what transpired, no need for that.

Need for what? She's moron and said the jays have an agreement with Brantley on a 3 year deal. Thats disgusting and she failed at her job miserably.

I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed @BlueForever75

Sorry guys. But I can confirm that Hazel and I had the same source. The deal was actually in place.

If you know Hazel Mae she has a lot of sources in the baseball circles. With the Jays she is the one person that is in the know.

Something went array not sure what. But the Jays changed their minds on 3yrs to 2yrs. For once this wasnt the player that picked someone else.
