I think we are underestimating Grichuk’s trade value. Mainly because we see him play everyday, but to other teams he’s still a potential 25-30 HR guy with decent defense. His contract isn’t cheap but he’s not THAT overpaid either.

General consensus outside of this board and across MLB is that exactly. People will be surprised what we can get for him.

Yes! He's a ridiculous prospect. Hitting for average like that with some power potential and loads of defensive versatility will never go out of style.

In fairness to you it's easier said than done. The success rate on prospects is unfortunately extremely low
