Right handed, right handed, right handed and right handed
All right handed and Lawrie I see as a number 2 hitter. We have Battista, Edwin, Lawrie, and TDA as middle of the order guys.
They both bring different value offensively but probably ultimately similar. One guy has more power one guy is way more dangerous on base.
But defensively Gose has way more value. Colby is average defensively with a decent arm while Gose has gold glove potential with one of the best outfield arms in the game.
Saying D'arnaud may be involved. Unconfirmed however.what was jon heymans latest again?
When was the last time AA made a trade where it seems like he gave up too much on paper in a trade?
If D'Arnaud is part of it, I would think more would be coming our way. If it's Gose and D'Arnaud going that is a ton to give up.

Lincoln trade. Happ trade. Rasmus trade. Santos trade.
If d'Arnaud could be going for Dickey+... What would the + be? What do the ****ing New York Mets have that could help us? If TDA goes there is really no one to replace him. JPA isn't good enough to be a franchise catcher. TDA is. What do the Mets have to make up for that? **** really hope Travis stays put.
This may sound crazy but I'd be okay with d'Arnaud being moved if it's for the right deal, maybe Dickey+Davis or something like that

Lincoln trade. Happ trade. Rasmus trade. Santos trade.
JPA trying to catch a knuckleball???
puke.
Lincoln trade. Happ trade. Rasmus trade. Santos trade.
Ike Davis sucks.
Lincoln and Happ trades were only trades where it even seemed like we gave up too much. Santos was coming off a 30 save year and is on a very cheap contract. Rasmus was still highly touted, coming off a good year and the only significant assets we gave up were zach stewart (who had a low ceiling) and Rzep.Lincoln trade. Happ trade. Rasmus trade. Santos trade.
Left handed Adam Lind has out performed Rasmus with the bat and everyone hates him.
.
What? He gave up too much in the Rasmus trade? Even at the time, it seemed like nothing and now, it is pretty much like it was nothing. Santos deal favored the Jays too.
Happ and Lincoln trade? Yup, gave up too much.
