What a beautiful sight having baseball back is. The first sign that spring is coming, and the boys will soon be back!

Nothing like tuning into a spring training game seeing a bright, clear sky accompanying the sounds of baseball, all the while hunkered up inside when it is minus weather outside.

No, no, no. This is all far too optimistic. You should be preparing for games full of severe existential dread and frustration that succeed only in spiking your blood pressure.

Great to finally have baseball start again.

It should be an interesting camp for Toronto because we have alot of players that it's somewhat unknown what exactly they are at this current juncture.

Vladdy, Manoah, Varsho, Kirk are all players who need to have better seasons this year.

Love the whining from players, agents and media about how slow FA is in baseball. Teams simply don't hand out hundreds of millions to players 30+ like they used to and agents like Boras don't adapt and make his clients wait out a market that will never develop.

I don't know if anyone had a problem with Ben himself, it was mostly just that booting Wagner for a nepo promotion is a really bad look and super unfair to a guy like Wagner who's been excellent and put in the work to claw his way up from the minors.

Basically people felt like Wagner was done dirty and Shulman was a nepo hire. Which he is but he is also good and Wagner landed on his feet with the Orioles so everyone is going to be fine out of it lol

Wagner was at the end of his deal. They didn't renew it. Maybe he wanted too much money to re-up.
