Update here. Panthers score tying goal. Ref calls good goal on the ice. Huddles with other refs who change the call to no goal. Initiate review. Inconclusive. No goal. Penguins make it 2-0 two minutes later.

What a gong show from the refs.

Just because a Ref calls it a goal, doesn't mean he saw that it was hit with a high stick or not. He would to go the other refs and they will ask him if he's 100% sure it's a good goal. Did you really expect him to tell the other refs that he was sure it's a good goal? It was hard to tell from slow motion camera views, from the refs pov much much harder. That's why refs are allowed to change the call on the ice, because they can't tell Toronto they thought it was a good goal unless they were 100% sure it is.
