I don't think interest and effort is the issue. We lacked opportunism, rangers didn't. And they also were better prepared than us system wise. I don't think it's a matter of will, effort or anything like that.

That was tough to watch.

Worst period, from start to finish. At least in game five against the Bruins, the Habs showed life at certain points and applied pressure. It seemed like this period, outside of a shift or two, was spent in the Habs end.

Wow, some of you need to calm down. Even the CBC announcer said it, the puck was rolling, Patch couldn't take it to the goalie. It's not always him doing the soft play, sometimes the puck doesn't roll the way you want it too.

But it's totally believable. It's René Bourque. Ups and downs. The problem isn't Bourque. It's the people who, when they see him play good, wonder "What if he's suddenly great..." HE'S NEVER GOING TO BE. It's René Rollercoaster Bourque.
