The same posters that constantly talk **** about other teams' posters are the same posters that give our fanbase a bad name. You guys should really stop and think about what the opposing posters think of your posts, because the same posters you guys talk **** about, are basically a mirror image of you guys.

Believe it or not, it's ok to have respect for the opposing team and their fanbase.

I hate it when their posters make fun of the posters that our posters have on their wall.

Exactly. Now your getting it. It took me awhile to get it but now I understand that every player on the Rags is elite and every player on the Kings is at best just pretty good.

I just had to have it shown to me using stats. No, that wasn't what happened in fact the stats don't back up that line of thinking at all. Oh, I know! It was because they said so.

Now I got it.
 
Rangers fans realize they don't have much of an upperhand, so they come up with really interesting stuff. Fun to read actually.
 
all lines, not just the 1st, should deliver. shoot from every angle. bomb. torpedo. stampedo. let's check henrik. erode henrik. make him softer. after that it should be simple.

One of the things I'm most proud of about this team is how they play a physical game without getting dirty. These playoffs have been textbook in that regard. I hope there's no goalie-running from either side. The shooting, bombing, torpedoing stuff - and the stampedoing too! - I'm down with.

Quick has been average! Lundy has played at his top! That can change "Quick" in the finals. This serie is even and can go 6 or 7 either way. La on paper but the boost Rangers got from taking out the pitts etc. is huge for that team.

I predict a low scoring serie, and the winner is ?

I mean, no offence but you guys spend the majority of the time playing some of the worst teams in the NHL. The Habs were a small fast skill team that you managed to find a way to end up facing a kid rookie goalie against when you played them.

This time around you guys are going to actually have your hands full facing your first real test against one of the top teams in the league. You guys have a legit shot at this thing but using the path you have taken to get here or bringing up other teams from your conference isn't going to do anything other than make most of us think meh. The only thing about the Rags that causes me any concern is Hank.

After that I like our chances.

Oh and also the Kings forwards and D aren't exactly slow. That and you guys aren't the fastest team in the league either. You have a few speed guys but then we have significantly more skill guys then you do so I have to think at best for you it is a wash.

We were 13-14-1 vs west, more specifically 6-8 vs Pacific.
You guys were only 25-20 vs west.......not really that much different.

meant allegoric, i was talking about strategy, maybe too passionately. i believe in sportsmanship & handshakes.

Unless my math is wrong, you played 13+14+1 = 28 games against the West.

Kings played 25+20 = 45 games against the West. I would say 17 games difference is pretty significant.
 
I don't remember Ducks, Sharks, or Hawks fans coming on to our boards to defend their team lol. I see what Isles fans are talking about

Btw, I know Kopi is from Jesinice. Do you have any pronunciation tips? I was going with Yes-i-ni-che if that makes sense, but I'd like to get it right in honor of my favorite player.

You don't know the half of it. Next to NY Giant fans, the Rangers ones are the most intolerable.

Actually, haven't seen any of it. Not really looking for it, don't give a flying rat's ass what fans of other teams think of the Kings.

Personally, I am taking the Rangers pretty lightly. I sure hope the Kings don't. They would lose for sure if they do.

I will get a better feel for what NYR is all about in the first period tomorrow night. Then maybe I will feel reassured, scared to death, or somewhere in between. We'll have to see. Just don't know what they really bring...saw some of their playoff games but that was against some ordinary teams so...
