Jets are like a 70 year old guy at the bunny ranch without Viagra….Just not enough firepower left to do any damage

The injuries are starting to add up and it doesn't look good for our hometown heroes in Game Five. Hoping for a win but expecting the series to wrap up. I give the game three sighs out of five...

The Prediction Contest for Game Five has been posted, so take a look and get your guesses in. Since my GDT did not go over as well as I had planned, I think it is best that I leave the next one to you guys...

I don’t believe there is a team in the league that could lose half of their top 6 and their top defenceman and still remain competitive. The boys battled hard but missing too much skill. That likely was the last shift Scheifele will take as a member of the Jets. They need to sign Samberg long term while we can still get him at a reasonable rate. Stanley can get his wish and be part of a trade. And…..maybe it’s time to change our playoff theme and ditch the Whiteout. It hasn’t brought us joy over the years.

our injuries are not due to vegas being physical...
He didnt say anything about injures. He is talking about the shitheads like Connor who are complete non factors in the playoffs. Connor is a f***ing p***y who is afraid of all contact come playoff time. With guys like him you wont ever go far in the playoffs.

What a sad way to end the era of this core... with injuries and bad luck. We literally haven't had a single playoff series without major injuries/suspension since 2019. Almost every series we have had key guys either injured or suspended. Sad.

I wanted to see this core one last time in a playoff run. I feel cheated with Ehlers, Morrissey, Schiefele, and Perfetti injured.

Team is outgunned.

and I think having scheifele ehlers jmo and perfetti in the lineup would make a huge f***ing difference, it's easy to shut down 1 line teams... connor is not a line driver, he's a finisher

Kyle Connor - 11 goals in 39 playoff games

Adam Lowry - 9 goals in 43 playoff games

Tell me again who is supposed to be the world class goal scorer between those two.

f*** Kyle Connor, guy is useless in the playoffs.
He needs a few more playoff games to catch the drift 🤪

For such an intense, hard hitting series, Logan Stanley was very unimpressive. One would think a guy 6'7/230 pounds would bring it on. Did Stanley throw ANY big hits all game?

It was mentioned several times that the team could use his physicality but he's not physical at all.

Lowry really steps up when the chips are down. Not anointing him captain next season would be criminal.

no, he is not physical at all, I don't get why some people around here think he is a physical defensemen

So flipped things in this game: Wheeler got the goal and Dubois took the dumb penalty. And the lucky bounce.

We lost but it was fun to watch, in a crazy kind of exhilarating have-to-wash-your-hair-again in the morning sort of way. Winning the series would have been fantastic, but I won't be disheartened if we exit on Thursday in another well fought game.

He has not played in forever. The game is moving fast and he was just getting the feel for it. He was the least of the problems in a 1 goal game
