Probably 3 1sts (including #11) and a 2nd.
Patriots need a QBWith Kirk gone, and the Vikings clearly in reset mode at the QB position, maybe include Jefferson as part of a package to move up? I'm cringing as I type this, but I suppose it's not out of the realm of possibility.
2024 1st, 2025 2nd + Jefferson to Patriots for pick #3?
If it got us to #2 or #3 (preferably 3) id be open to it. WRs can be found literally all over the draft nowadays, weve got a promising WR on our roster already in JA (even if he isnt close to the same type of player JJ is) and it would save us a ton of money to help fill out the rest of the roster. It would suck to move on from the best WR in football but id be open to it.With Kirk gone, and the Vikings clearly in reset mode at the QB position, maybe include Jefferson as part of a package to move up? Its smokescreen season so who knows whats true and whats not but there were reports out there saying theyd be interested in stock piling picks to help rebuild their roster because it lacks talent severely.Patriots need a QB
I think both Arizona and New England would prefer either Harrison Jr or Nabers instead of needing to pay Jefferson a mega contract. If the Pats hold on to their pick, ARI at #4 is a possibility. The Giants at #5 are stuck with Daniel Jones and his contract, that might be an option as well if we want McCarthy.
Would the Giants take Jefferson straight up for #5, or maybe toss in a non-first round pick? JJ provides Daniel Jones a legit threat and the Vikings can still keep #11.
Pretty sure that Denver is looking QB as well sitting at #12. I'd hate to see them jump ahead of us.
Im not giving up JJ for anyone not named Caleb Williams, Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels. If the Pats hold on to their pick, ARI at #4 is a possibility. The Giants at #5 are stuck with Daniel Jones and his contract, that might be an option as well if we want McCarthy.

They wanted to spend more money on a RBPackers cut Aaron Jones after signing Josh Jacobs. What. The. f***.
Pretty sure the entire packers receiving core is going to make less than Jefferson rather soon. Will be interesting to see Minnesota manage their cap.Im not giving up JJ for anyone not named Caleb Williams, Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels.
KAMs done a great job of getting us out of the financial hell Slick Rick left behind.Pretty sure the entire packers receiving core is going to make less than Jefferson rather soon. Will be interesting to see Minnesota manage their cap.
It's telling that the Broncos are gladly eating $58m in dead cap so he won't play for them.I just don't think Wilson is the player he was even a few years ago. I'm not the biggest fan of Cousins either but he is a much better QB than Wilson is at this point in their careers. There is a reason why Denver was ready to eat Wilsons contract before it even kicked in. I'm also not a fan of his off the field antics.
If Cousins doesn't re-sign, I would rather go with a different veteran QB who can hold the fort down for a year while whichever QB we draft (assuming we do) has time to develop into a starter and take over.
Anyone know if this guy is legit?
That can’t be right. The cap ceiling isn’t that high.KAMs done a great job of getting us out of the financial hell Slick Rick left behind.
150+ million in est cap space for 2025.
380+ million in est cap space for 2026.
Thats not factoring in the JJ and Darrisaw contract extensions but it looks nice considering we will have a QB on a rookie deal.
That what spotrac has it at.That can’t be right. The cap ceiling isn’t that high.
Round 3 pick in 2025, so late 90's pick, assuming Minny doesn't sign anyone significant to negate the pick. Comp picks are not set in stone. Depends on whether you spend on free agents of similar value.Should earn us a nice comp pick.
Id expect us to to get another nice pick from Hunter as well. And i dont think we will spend or have enough to spend to negate the picks.Round 3 pick in 2025, so late 90's pick, assuming Minny doesn't sign anyone significant to negate the pick. In the past, NE would dump players in trade who they would let walk to ensure that they got compensation for them if they expected to spend in free agency.
