Nikita Zaitsev goes after fan in Instagram DM's

Yeah Zaitsev should just block people who harass him instead of wasting his time.

But on the other hand, the world needs more Mike Tyson types to put internet bitches like the one harassing him and his 'friend' posting it back on earth.

Certainly not justifying Zaitsevs actions because you can’t treat people like this. But I find it kinda funny when shit talk, threaten, etc celebrities/athletes and then get upset when they respond with the same tone.
 
Both the fan and Zaitsev look bad. The fan shouldn't provoke him, but there are lots of idiot fans that personally go after celebrities on social media, that's never going to stop. Zaitsev should ignore these people like other celebrities do. He cannot win by answering. He looks like an idiot challenging this guy to a fight. Chill out buddy, your days as an NHL defenseman may be over, but you're rolling in cash. I wish I was a washed up player making $4.5 million to sit in the press box.

Pretty much my thoughts. It's just pathetic to spend ones time DMing athletes and/or celebs in order to trash them. It's also ridiculous of Zaitsev to bother acknowledging them. The only exception would be if the person was making some sort of threats, at which point you forward it to the authorities. Otherwise just shrug the saddo off like the nothing that they are.

The laughing emoji makes me belive Nikita was having fun with this. Don't think he was being serious. He knew the fan wouldn't actually show up for a duel. Doubt he really cares some rando chirping him.

It is. From what I’ve seen it looks like Nikita’s family was originally engaged with the troll. They exchanged DMs something was said about the war. I think that’s where Zaitsev comes in.

It's all so strange. I get you to want to defend your kid, but to go after someone on Insta seems extreme. Also if you are Zaitsev, why bother joining the DM exchange? Your stock is already down and I don't think this interaction helps you.

I’m amazed at the Zaitsev whiteknighting going on. Unless the dude crossed the line and said some messed up shit about his family or something, Zaitsev looks like an insecure clown here.

I’m assuming the guy just said Zaitsev sucks repeatedly

Did he actually DM him? It looks like he was messaged from Zaitsev and didn't accept the message yet. It doesn't appear that he even responded.
