Okay so explain how my examples came to be. Has cale makar really been so mucn greater than fox over the years? Even now some want to give Makar a Norris over hudges who is American if I am not mistaken. People are going balistic in this very thread over kusherov and bring it down to him as a Person to discredit him and majority would love to see mackinnon get his "due" I wonder if it's because he's Canadian? Nobody care about international tournament those times were finished ten years ago. People sit and complain about kusherov padding stats but forgot like more than half of mcjesus points came from pp last season , if there is anyone in the league that has padded over the year its that guy.

I forgot Malkin is not a top 100 player accordingly to Canadian sports news.

Kucherov is somewhat unlikeable, I don't think it has anything to do with nationality.

These are the clowns that vote for the Hart lmao.

Hellebuyck is being outplayed by his own backup. His GSAA is good, but is lower than last year.

There are no dominant goalies this year. It's just one of those years. The Hellebuyck hype is completely silly.

It’s sad that you have awards decided be people like this. Last year there was a guy (from Pittsburgh which adds to the embarrassment in my case) named Seth Rorabough who voted McDavid 5th last year robbing him of his second unanimous Hart. I fear that Kucherov will get screwed in Hart voting badly this year and who knows how the Ted Lindsay will go. It’s a shame.

Way too hard to pick a Hart winner this season.

I think the narrative will be on MacKinnons side. Media wants any reason to give it to him.

Kuch is a bit of a shit, and there's McDavid fatigue among voters. We're going to see way more justifications as to why anyone doesn't deserve it, but very little explaination as to why someone does.

100% agree, I just think Kuch should get it because the Lightning with/without him on the ice are two different teams. They look like a tanking team at times when he's not out there, can't get anything going offensively then he's on the ice and it looks like they're on the power play. The most cerebral player in the league.

I'd be fine if MacK or Kuch won the Hart this year. I don't think McDavid has done enough to overtake either of those two honestly.

McDavid has an outside shot at the Art Ross. He's going need a couple 4+ point games. I feel like he doesn't care though honestly. He wasn't on for the EN last night and I'm 90% sure it's because he didn't want to get his 100th assist on an EN. Meanwhile you have dudes like Kuch that are just gonna for the highest score you can get. I'm not saying that's wrong either, but if you have 2 insanely talented guys gunning for the same trophy, the guy who wants it more is probably getting it.

Wait, that can't be true. I can understand second but.... 5th? My brain is not understanding. This is a false comment. You must be lying.

Kucherov and Point are very much Batman and Robin. The argument for Kucherov is mainly based on Point just having an "off" year before turning it around at the first of last month.

As for "next 5..." I mean, that feels kind of arbitrary. Why not next 10? Why not just the rest of the team? And then you get Kucherov in on half of TB's goals. I get that MacKinnon isn't all that far behind, but he is significantly behind, and it's not hard to argue that each TB needed those goals more, given we had a goalie who couldn't keep the other team under 3 for most of the year.
Fourgieve has earned his nickname this year so I don't see goaltending as being different. I basically expect Kucherov to win but I also don't see the surrounding teams being all that different for most of the year.

That same idiot didn’t have either McDavid or Matthews in his top 5 in 21-22 either. The association should really think about taking away his voting ability since he seems to want to use it just to generate clicks
