mother of dog...The concept of the Cup being won in a 5000 seat arena, and the the Cup celebration happening in this locker room is amusing me greatly.
How long are they locked into that arena? Is it only a year or two? If so, I don’t think they’ll have to worry about the Stanley Cup being awarded in that arena. The concept of the Cup being won in a 5000 seat arena, and the the Cup celebration happening in this locker room is amusing me greatly.
Honestly have no clue. But there's a part of me that's actively looking for an excuse to travel to Arizona to see a game there before they leave. How long are they locked into that arena? One of my best friends from high school lives in Tempe. Been there a few times to visit him and for a wedding. Maybe I’ll get out there to see him again and schedule it around the Caps playing the Coyotes. I do wonder though how hard it is for visiting fans to get tickets with the 5,000 fan capacity limit.Honestly have no clue. Cheapest pair of tickets for the Jan8 Penguins game on Stubhub are $168ea before fees. Not outrageous considering everything is the equivalent of the lower bowl there, but also not super cheap either. I love getting me some $30 standing room tickets here in Philly. One of my best friends from high school lives in Tempe. Been there a few times to visit him and for a wedding. Its even worse than that, you know he's going to Pittsburgh. You know he's going to Philly.
The Bedard Fix is in.Pens lose again.
Ignoring that there's something obviously up with Vrana and ignoring that there's probably no way to fit him in with the cap, he was traded because Lavi refused to use him and they were trying to find someone he would use. I don't see any reason that'd change now; there's basically no world where they claim him sadly.I remember he had some issues that put him away from the game for a bit but this is surprising. He is so talented when he has his head on straight. He scored like 4 goals in a game with the Wings.
His trade was very unpopular here and people were triggered. Mantha has been fine for us, so I wouldn't object to bringing him back.
Agree with this. Something has gone seriously wrong with Jake, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes completely unclaimed.Ignoring that there's something obviously up with Vrana and ignoring that there's probably no way to fit him in with the cap, he was traded because Lavi refused to use him and they were trying to find someone he would use. That's wild, no? Wasn't he just about back?

If you have any thoughts towards the NHL “placing” these players in key markets, to help the overall “health” of the league, then Bedard goes to Chicago or Philadelphia.
Good question. One we’ll never know the answer to though. And maybe the issues ensued after his shoulder injury. But bottom line, Lavi didn’t think he fit and moved him. Looks like the right move.I really have to wonder how much GMBM knew about Vrana...
